I'm an Essex based Yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years and teaching for over 6 years. I teach a range of styles including Hatha and Ashtanga. My standard online class includes a simple breathing exercise followed by a gentle warm up, slowly building into more dynamic standing and seated postures. Finishing with a gentle relaxation. You will be left feeling rejuvenated and balanced ready for the day ahead.
