HIT Yoga-Every Monday 7.00am-7.30am GMT

This is an intermediate level class that focuses on building stamina and strength in a fast flowing class.  Abi will leave you feeling energised and upbeat ready for your day ahead.

CHAIR Yoga- Every Monday 9.30-10.00am GMT

In this unique class Abi will teach you breathing techniques to help increase lung capacity and help release tension and anxiety.  Abi will guide you through gentle stretches which you can build up over time to help reduce stiffness and build strength.  You will also learn mindfulness techniques leading you to an overall sense of peace and wellbeing.

Yoga for over 50's-Every Tuesday 8.30am-9.00am GMT

Join Abi's unique class that is specialised for the over 50's.  In this class Abi will guide you through a series of therapeutic yoga exercises that will help alleviate aches and pains and keep you active, resilient and strong.

Yoga for Back Pain-Every Wednesday 8.30am-9.00am GMT

This class is suitable for complete beginners and is focused on relieving back pain.  Abi will guid you through a series of relaxing and gentle postures to help realign the spine and help release tension. This class leaves you feeling rejuvenated and balanced ready for your day ahead!

Beginners Yoga for All Ages- Every Thursday 7.30-8.15pm GMT

This class is suitable for complete beginners and those wanting to get back to basics.  Abi will guide you through a series of postures focusing on alignment and strength and flexibility.  The class will finish with a gentle relaxation, leaving you feeling energised and restored.  This is the ULTIMATE beginners yoga class.
